Jackie is an Air Force veteran (Ground Radar Technician) and a former Cloud Engineer at Accenture Federal Services. He founded JDX Software in 2024 after years inside enterprise federal systems, with a focus on the people big consultancies don’t serve well: small businesses, overworked tech teams, and federal mission partners that need a cleared engineer who can actually ship.
